On Wednesday, the IOC, the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) and the Tokyo 2020 Organizing Committee (Tokyo 2020) published the first in a series of four “playbooks” designed to outline the Games’ Covid-19 mitigation plan. Included: no singing, no cheering, no handshakes and no quarantines.
