Warnock, Walker hope for outright Georgia Senate victory, must surpass 50% threshold

Georgia’s Senate contest between Herschel Walker and Raphael Warnock may not be determined Tuesday night. If neither candidate surpasses 50% of votes, it would set up a Dec. 6 runoff.
