A New York City internist who worked at a Bronx nursing home has been deemed an “imminent danger” to the public and ordered to stop seeing patients. Dr. Andre Duhamel, 70, has “a psychiatric condition which impairs his ability to practice medicine,” the state Board for Professional Medical Conduct alleged in charges issued last month…
