Text messages undercut GOP whitewashing of January 6

Rep. Cheney relayed text messages she says were sent to Meadows:
• ‘We need an Oval Office address. He has to lead now. It has gone too far,’ Donald Trump Jr. said.
• ‘Can he make a statement? Ask people to leave the Capitol?’ Sean Hannity urged.
