Should Noncitizens Vote? Key States Have Ability to Ensure They Can’t

What seems like common sense to Republicans and many independents is not to many members of the Democratic Party. The idea of having only U.S. citizens vote in their elections is preposterous to politicians on the left of the Democratic Party.
